United Kingdom and Cambodia join forces to crackdown on online scam centres

New agreement will boost intelligence sharing between UK and Cambodian law enforcement to dismantle scam operations.

The British public will be better protected from online scams as a new agreement is signed between the UK and Cambodian governments.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), signed on 23 September, will for the first time enable joint working between the UK and Cambodia to tackle networks of illegal scam centres.

UK announces major package of support for humanitarian relief and early recovery in Gaza

More Palestinians are set to receive vital aid as a result of a major new package of UK support announced by the Foreign Secretary today at the UN General Assembly.

  • UK support will help provide healthcare, clean water, sanitation and other essential services for hundreds of thousands of Palestinians.
  • Funding will include support for medical consultations, rehabilitation for children with blast injuries, safe water provision and vital mental health services.
